Ranch Recipes

Need a delicious recipe for cooking up some of our hearty bison? These are just a couple of our family favorite recipes. Sharing all the love from our kitchen to yours. Bon Appetite!

Ingredients:

  • 12 eggs

  • One container of cottage cheese (16 oz)

  • 1 lb of bison breakfast sausage

  • Salt

  • White pepper

  • Parsley

  • Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9x13" baking dish with olive or avocado oil. Brown sausage and add to baking dish. Blend eggs and cottage cheese in a food processor and pour over sausage. Season with salt, white pepper, and parsley. Bake for 20 minutes, then sprinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and center is set.

 

You can make this recipe as is or add your favorite veggies like spinach, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, etc. A high protein breakfast is a great way to start the day!
